Head coach Nguyễn Đức Thắng, who won the 2026 V-League with Viettel with the league's best defense, brings a clear tactical DNA: solid defending and maximum exploitation of set pieces. With goalkeeper Nguyễn Đình Triệu — a former V-League and national team starter — CAND possesses an anchor no First Division club has.
